Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Downloadable digital items
- Gift cards
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Approval: Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Shipping: If approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
